Other Items and Trades
Bandages
- "A roll of bandages", stack size 16.
- Hold right-click to bind one badly hurt body part (at the red or black stage, picked at random among those) back to yellow. It takes 2.5 seconds per part and uses one bandage per part; keep holding to move on to the next part.
- Bandages never heal past yellow: only medical ninjutsu (Mystical Palm) heals fully.
- With nothing to bandage you get a "nothing to bind" message and it won't start.
- Sold by medics: 75 ryo each, or 10 for 600.
Summoning Contracts
- Six contracts: Summoning Contract - Hawk, - Manda, - Gamabunta, - Katsuyu, - Ibuse and - Elephant (Epic, stack 1).
- Each is required to learn that summon's node in the Summoning skill tree, and is used up when you learn it:
- Hawk Summoning: level 10, 2 points, Ninjutsu 4.
- Ibuse Summoning: level 25, 3 points, Ninjutsu 8.
- Manda, Gamabunta, Katsuyu and Elephant Summoning: level 30, 3 points, Ninjutsu 8.
- Each contract comes from its own summoning dungeon (Mount Myoboku, the Ryuchi Cave, the Shikkotsu Forest, the Hawk's Aerie, the Salamander Marsh and the Root Archive): rarely in the reward chest, or made from 10 of that dungeon's pity tokens at a Chakra Engineer. They can be traded.
Might Guy's Approval
- "Might Guy's Approval" (Epic, glowing, stack 64): a green coin with Guy's thumbs-up. Tooltip: "Guy's thumbs-up, earned in the Trial of the Eight Gates. Needed, with 25 taijutsu points, to learn the 8 Gates on the Taijutsu tab (used up when you learn it)."
- Source: only the Trial of the Eight Gates' reward chest, and only rarely; it is the only thing that trial ever gives.
- Use: learning the 8 Gates node (one is used up).
The Eight Gates Item
- "8 Gates" (Epic, fire-resistant, stack 1). Given when you learn the Eight Gates in the Taijutsu tree; without the technique learned, it does nothing ("not learned").
- Right-click opens the first gate; Stage Up while holding it opens the next. From the 6th gate on, right-click uses that gate's technique.
- Sneak, look straight down and right-click to close the gates (not possible from the 8th gate).
Chakra Pills
- Chakra Pill (stack 4): sold by medics for 400 ryo. Swallowed quickly, even when full: restores 15% of your maximum chakra at once, then chakra regenerates 3x faster for 20 seconds (Chakra Surge).
- Gold Chakra Pill (Rare, stack 4): sold by medics for 2,000 ryo. Restores 40% of your maximum chakra at once, ends chakra exhaustion, then chakra regenerates 8x faster for 45 seconds.
Ramen and Snacks
- Ramen (120 ryo), Dango (60), Potato Chips (45) and Twin Popsicles (45), stack 16 each: food sold by the Ramen Guy. See Ramen Guy for what each restores.
Reroll and Reset Tokens
Three tokens (Epic, stack 64) that you spend from the hub menu:
- Skill Tree Reset Token: spend it with Reset Stat Points on the Shinobi Build page to get every stat point back.
- Natural Nature Release Reroll Token: spend it on the Nature Release map ("Reroll Natural Nature"). It takes away your natural nature (the basic nature that awakened at level 10) and its whole tree, and gives you a basic nature you don't have.
- Clan Reroll Token (the rarest, Legendary in reward chests): spend it on the Clan page ("Reroll Clan") to be reborn into a different clan. Your bloodline and everything it gave you are taken away (its jutsu points are given back), and the new clan's bonuses replace the old. If your bloodline had awakened, the new one awakens at once. Eyes from jars and natures from DNA are kept.
- Each reroll asks you to click again to confirm.
They come from bosses: mission bosses and wild tailed beasts sometimes drop them for whoever lands the killing blow ("<boss> dropped a <token>!"), and boss trial reward chests sometimes hold them. They are also sold in the server store (when you try to spend one you don't have, the chat offers a link to it), and they can be traded.
Trading with /kageborne Trade
- Trading is open to every player.
/kageborne trade <player>sends a trade request. They see it in the chat with clickable Accept and Decline buttons./kageborne trade acceptaccepts the request you were sent; it lasts 60 seconds./kageborne trade declineturns it down, and the asker is told.- You can't trade with yourself, or with someone who is already trading.
- Accepting opens the trade window for both players: each side has 9 slots for items and a ryo amount (never more than you have), and you see what the other player is offering.
- Once both press Accept, a 5-second countdown runs with a tick each second; either player can stop it by pressing Accept again, and putting in, taking back or changing anything (ryo included) cancels both acceptances. When the countdown ends, the items and ryo change hands.
- The trade is cancelled if either side closes the window or presses Cancel, takes damage, dies or leaves the server; everything goes back to its owner. If either side no longer has the ryo they offered when the countdown ends, it is cancelled too.
- Release items and old bound level-10 DNA vials cannot be put up; anything else can, armour, DNA, fragments and tokens included.
